You're welcome to stay, but many pets relax more when their owners aren't present. We'll keep you informed throughout the session if you prefer to wait nearby.

What if my pet is anxious or aggressive?

We specialise in handling anxious animals. Let us know about any behavioural concerns when booking, and we'll adjust our approach accordingly. Safety is our priority.

How often should my pet be groomed?

It depends on breed and coat type. Short-haired dogs may only need grooming every 8-12 weeks, while long-haired breeds benefit from appointments every 4-6 weeks. We'll provide personalised recommendations.

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade, organic products that are gentle on skin and environmentally friendly. All products are pet-safe and hypoallergenic. If your pet has specific allergies, please inform us in advance.

Can I bring multiple pets at once?

Yes, but we groom them one at a time to maintain our calm environment. We can schedule back-to-back appointments for multiple pets from the same household.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another pet in need of care.
